Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, You have an unconditional right to cancel an order. You can exercise the right to cancel an order by informing us in writing within the following time limits ('Cancellation Period') by e-mail using the 'contact Us' screen or

Cancellation Period
From the date the order is accepted by Us until 7 working days after the goods are delivered.

Return of Cancelled Goods
Where goods have already been dispatched, customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to Us at Your expense and risk in an 'As New' condition, without any damage caused by excessive or unreasonable use. We would prefer the goods be returned in their original packaging to prevent any damage in transit. Any unreasonable damage to the products may result in You not receiving a full refund. The returned goods must include all instructions and all cables, remote controls and accessories. The return must also include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product.

You should return the goods as soon as possible following cancellation. You will be liable for charges for the recovery and collection of the goods by Us. Furthermore if You do not return the goods within a reasonable time. (Normally within 7 working days of receipt of the goods) or fail to make them available for collection within this time, You are deemed to have accepted the goods and therefore will be recharged as per the order on the web site. Alternatively We can arrange the return of the goods if requested at Your expense.

Refund of Cancelled Goods
We will refund the purchase price of the goods and the original delivery charge within 30 days of Your cancellation notice once the goods have been returned at Your expense and checked as new and complete, less the cost of collection and recovery where applicable. The speedy return of goods can prevent delays in receiving Your refund.

Please be aware there are a few exceptions where an order cannot be cancelled, namely-
when a product has been made to order or personalised in any way
when the seal has been broken (opened) on software, recorded media and consumables
Specail items which are use personnally or made to messure maybe not be returned along with any Special Orders.

Business To Business Transactions
All business orders that are taken can only be cancelled prior to delivery (i e before delivery is booked). Should order be booked in for delivery then the non acceptance or return of these goods will incur cost of re-stocking cost of 25% of the order value plus all delivery costs incurred by us.

You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. This cost is approx £50.00 plus VAT (This is for One item only extra items cancelled at the same time this is increased by £50 per item). This at YOUR cost as per our terms and conditions. You also responsible for any damage should you use your own method of returning these items to us and at your own cost.

Damaged Goods
If you receive goods in a damaged condition, please make a note of this on the despatch note, you will need to notify us of this by phone, email or letter in any case within 3 days from receipt of goods.

Note: Save in respect of faulty or defective goods, nothing in these Internet Sales terms shall give to the customer rights of cancellation in regard to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised or which have been installed by or on behalf of the Buyer or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of cancellation, having deducted any return costs ( if applicable).

This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in performing of our any obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control eg :an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident war or civil disturbance strike, industrial action or stoppages of work any form of government intervention a third party act or omission failure by you to give us a correct email or delivery address or notify us of any change of address.
If this happens we shall inform you as soon as is reasonably practicable and if these circumstances continue for 30 days either you or we will be free to cancel the contract. If so, we will give you a full refund of any payment we have received from you within 30 days of cancellation.
